We understand that unexpected situations arise and sometimes appointments need to be changed or cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our goal is to provide a fair and understanding policy while ensuring appointment times remain available for all our valued clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">24-Hour Cancellation Notice<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We kindly request at least 24 hours&#8217; notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your First Cancellation Is on Us!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a courtesy, your first late cancellation or missed appointment will be forgiven, with no cancellation fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We simply ask that you notify us as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Subsequent Cancellations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After your first courtesy cancellation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Less than 24 hours&#8217; notice:<\/strong> A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will apply.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>No-shows:<\/strong> A fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will apply.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Future appointments:<\/strong> A deposit of 50% may be required to secure future bookings.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any required deposit will be applied toward the cost of your service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Late Arrivals<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you.
